This website is operated by Blush Pages ("we", "us", "our"), based in Auckland, New Zealand. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell our products to you.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Because screens vary and many items are printed or handmade, colours and finishes may look slightly different in person. Product dimensions (such as A5, A6, A7 and M5 sizes) are approximate — please check the measurements in each listing before ordering. Props shown in photos are not included unless stated.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can only be used as described in the offer, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. Our newsletter welcome offer (10% off your first order) is limited to one use per customer.

Newsletter and marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who choose to subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including illustrations, designs, photos and text, belongs to Blush Pages or our licensors and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other New Zealand consumer law that can't be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.
