Shipping rates (New Zealand)
- Free standard shipping NZ-wide on orders of NZ$60 or more.
- Standard shipping: NZ$6.50 on orders under NZ$60.
All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays).
Tracking
Tracking is included on every order. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
International shipping
We also ship to selected countries outside New Zealand. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and tracking is included. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel seems delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at jiawen.yuki.yu@gmail.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we'll help sort it out.
