Change of mind returns

We want you to love your Blush Pages order. If you change your mind, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging (sealed packs, stickers, washi, ephemera and gift boxes must be unopened).
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return

Email us at jiawen.yuki.yu@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it with your order number and photos. We'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after that, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.
